All orders placed before 2pm are sent UK Standard Delivery via DPD.

UK Tracked Delivery £4.50

European Delivery £9.99

International Delivery £15.99

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, when ordered before 2pm where ever possible. On odd occasions, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible.

Between the hours of 9am & 11am Monday to Friday. If you prefer to collect outside of these hours please get in touch.

Purchases are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.

We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email.

We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on sales@madamebutterflyclothing.co.uk , stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.

Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in it’s original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website www.madamebutterflyclothing.co.uk

If you return items outside the 14 day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags and swing tickets attached.

Please ensure that footwear is tried on indoors.

We will process your return ASAP. However on the odd occasion this may take up to 21 days. If you have not been refunded within 30 days of returning your items, please contact us with proof of postage and we will assist you.

Faulty Items

Please contact us via email or telephone us regarding any faulty or incorrect items and we will assist you.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT info

 

When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
